Our client has an opportunity available for a Senior Account Executive to join them based at their offices in London. You will join them on full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £26,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience plus excellent benefits.

About the role:

As the Senior Account Executive, you will support the wider team on the successful and ongoing delivery of a global B2C experiential marketing programme for a well-known business in the financial sector. You will cover an array of disciplines within the role including: digital, social, creative, content production, events, promotions, partnerships and sponsorships.

Key duties and responsibilities of the Senior Account Executive:

- Supporting the team in day to day admin tasks, including booking meetings, taking notes, compiling status reports, tracking, asset management and timelines

- Effective management and upkeep of the communications planner

- Briefing and managing work as appropriate, stream-lining processes when required and coordinating delivery times

- Co-ordinating the weekly, monthly and quarterly client reports for the programme - desk research, pulling statistics, showcasing key insight and presenting results in a well formatted report, delivered on time

- Monitoring and checking the quality of work produced and ensuring output is at the company and client standard

- Proof-reading and co-ordinating the internal approval process for the eCRM programme, site content, social comms, and any other marketing assets

- Managing customer support services with a high standard of customer service – both on the phone and over emails

- Manage requirements on a year-long creative retainer

- Briefing internal teams: design, copy, social, digital, events, project managers… etc with clear and concise briefs

Skills and experience required to be the Senior Account Executive:


- Ability to co-ordinate timelines and schedules, with excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask

- Ability to co-ordinate processes and approvals for clients

- Executing creative briefs and delivering the briefs to studio, content, social and copy teams

- Contributing to the planning of projects and ensuring timescales are agreed and met

- Excellent Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word skills plus excellent English written & oral skills

- Ability to execute project and creative briefs

- Strong attention to detail

- Ability to clearly articulate feedback

- 2+ years of Account Executive experience within an agency / studio environment or within a marketing team client side


- Knowledge of various digital and eCRM communication platforms as well as online management / content systems and software

- Working knowledge of intuitive online systems and content-based platforms

- Basic design / layout awareness and copywriting skills to help brief and critique work

- Experience in partnership coordination, content management and digital communications
