Marketing and Communications Manager

Fantastic opportunity to set up new Marketing and Communications function in a rapidly growing tech company aimed at unicorn status. This role will play a key part to the business' growth. It can be broken down into 3 sections: Marketing, Communications and Events (conferences/awards/exhibitions).  The ideal candidate will be experienced in working in a Communications role incorporating marketing, content generation and partnership development.

Key Responsibilities:

- The Marketing and Communications Manager will need create a strategy and financial marketing plan for the Group’s BD and corporate awareness across Europe, Asia and Middle East.

- Following a recent fund-raising, areas of responsibility will include investor communications across the investor base of funds and high-net worth investors

- The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing the marketing plan to improve and produce regular high quality content and communications across all platforms.

- Must have an ability to use both digital and paper based communications, have a good knowledge of social.

- Must be confident to liaise with clients by collecting feedback and case studies to share as appropriate

- The Marketing and Communications Manager will be solely responsible for managing social media channels, blogs, content writing, website management as well as using SEO to increase awareness.

Key Attributes:

- Must be a self-starter able to create a plan and see it through

- Must be really great at creating consistent content with relevant proven experience in communications, marketing and/or organisational development roles as well as having excellent digital knowledge and skills.

- Impeccable organisational skills as well as flexible to be able to deal with a rapidly changing environment.

- Must be a team player to support other team members and work together to promote awareness.


Flexibility is essential. Full time or part time hours, can be flexible for the right candidate.
