Senior Account Director - Integrated Agency

Oxfordshire - £55k - £75k + Bonus

This is a position for someone ambitious, and for someone who really knows their stuff when it comes to B2B marketing. You'll need to be a leader who isn't afraid of managing large teams and working on even larger accounts, with a value of over £1M P/A. In this role, you are in charge. You are essentially the MD for your team and it's up to you how you go about achieving the aims of clients. You'll be working in a truly global agency and representing iconic technology brands, adding serious weight to your career in the process.

If you feel you're up to the challenge, then let's discuss the specifics. The responsibilities of the role can be split into four main categories:

Leadership - You'll need to be able to inspire confidence in your team, ensuring everyone clearly understands their role and that team morale remains sky high even when the pressure's on.

Client Focus - You will need to forge and maintain exceptional client relationships, and be confident in proposing new ideas and leading client's thinking. Clients will look to you to provide the highest quality marketing consultancy and leadership; it is paramount that clients not only understand your advice, but value it very highly.

Sales - You will need to be astute at spotting opportunities for clients with a view to securing the agency's position as the preferred B2B partner for core product/solution areas.

Commercials - You will be responsible for meeting client sales targets, as well as negotiating contracts and commercial managements with clients to ensure relationships are win-win. Prove the value of the work you do with clients regularly, while also making a profit.
