THE OPPORTUNITY
We are recruiting for a bold global role; 'Marketing Manager – Domestos Engagement'.
This role is a unique opportunity to shape how Domestos shows up in the world — how it communicates, engages, inspires and leads. You will be the global owner of Domestos’ Unmissable Communication, responsible for building fame, desire and cultural relevance at scale.
At the same time, you lead change in Home Care & will act as a pioneer of Domestos’ transformation into a Brand powered by AI — experimenting, learning and scaling new ways of creating ideas, content and engagement faster, smarter and more effectively than ever before. This is not a traditional brand role. It is a builder role, for someone excited by transformation, creativity, experimentation and the future of marketing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Create Unmissable Communication with Social 1st strategy at its heart
Lead the development of bold, distinctive global communication platforms that make Domestos impossible to ignore — across ATL, digital, social and emerging channels. Embrace new communication models to grow our Brand with Social at the forefront.
Lead Brandverse, World Building platform & Brand Identity
Brandverse is not an end goal but a journey. Embrace it with us and help us build how Domestos will show up and stay relevant for our consumers and in culture.
Pioneer AI Powered Brand Building
Work in collaboration with our Communication Agencies how the brand will champion AI for Home Care and Unilever — from creative development and content creation to optimisation, personalisation and learning — and help embed these new ways of working across teams and agencies.
Lead Through Influence
Work with global and local teams, agencies and cross functional partners to raise the bar on creative excellence, speed and effectiveness.
Stay Ahead of Culture and embrace AI to help stay
Anticipate trends in creativity, media, technology and culture to keep Domestos relevant, modern and ahead of the curve.
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
This role is for a senior brand leader who:
Lives and breathes brand communication and creativity
Is deeply curious about digital, data and AI
Enjoys building new models, not just optimising existing ones
Is comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving change
Wants visible impact, strong exposure and global scale
Is experience in FMCG, Home Care or other highly competitive categories — however mindset matters most, so we are open to category backgrounds.
