Your mission
Build H3O Digital's marketing function from the ground up. As our first ever Marketing Executive you will own hands-on execution across the full marketing mix, working closely with our CCO and COO to grow brand awareness, increase market penetration and generate the high quality leads that fuel our sales pipeline.
Your day to day will include:
- Shaping and delivering the marketing plan, tracking performance and reporting on what is working
- Delivering our brand, website and LinkedIn relaunch, refreshing our positioning and improving lead capture and conversion
- Building and running our demand generation engine across content, video, social, email, SEO, PPC, webinars and events
- Developing our content and thought leadership programme from a standing start, including our blog, whitepapers and customer stories
- Creating our AI and Microsoft Copilot narrative, positioning us credibly on responsible AI adoption for enterprises
- Helping productise and market our proprietary IP, giving each product a clear identity and engagement model
- Managing marketing spend, agencies and suppliers, and evidencing ROI as the budget scales
Your profile
You are a proactive, creative and commercially minded marketer who wants real ownership rather than a narrow slice of someone else's plan. You are comfortable working independently, thinking on your feet and keeping stakeholders informed in a hybrid, remote-first environment.
We are looking for:
- 2 to 4 years' marketing experience in a B2B start-up, scale-up or fast-growth technology company
- Proven, ROI-focused lead generation and conversion experience across integrated campaigns
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Microsoft Dynamics, including database build and pipeline reporting
- Strong content marketing, thought leadership and copywriting skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Digital capability across website (WordPress), SEO, PPC, email and social, with LinkedIn-led B2B activity
- Hands-on design skills with the Adobe Creative Suite, able to turn complex ideas into strong visual narratives
- Commercial acumen and budget management experience, with the discipline to evidence ROI
- Experience of ABM, events and webinars, and confidence managing agencies and suppliers
- A good understanding of Microsoft technology services and the B2B technology sector, or the genuine appetite to learn it quickly
- Multiple A-Levels or equivalent at Grade C or above. A relevant degree or CIM Diploma in Professional Marketing is desirable
Why us?
This is our first ever marketing hire, so you get a genuine blank canvas. You will own the full marketing mix, shape our brand and website relaunch, and build our lead generation engine from the ground up, working directly with our COO and CCO rather than three layers below them.
- Real ownership from day one, with your fingerprints on everything we put into the market
- A clear growth path toward a Marketing Manager position as the function scales
- A story worth telling, with clients including National Grid, NRS, Kent & Essex Police, Atos and Beacon Hospital, proprietary tooling no competitor offers and an award-winning services portfolio
- Recognised as a Sunday Times Best Places to Work employer, and accredited to ISO 27001, 9001 and 14001, Cyber Essentials Plus and Microsoft Partner status
- An 8% employer pension contribution, a training budget and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
- London based with a hybrid working pattern, and a leadership team that invests in people and rewards those who deliver
