Shieldpay is looking for a revenue-focused Marketing Specialist to fuel our next phase of growth. You aren’t here to just create content—you’re here to convert. We need a hands-on executor who can blend creative storytelling with hard-nosed performance tracking.
Lead Generation: Drive daily lead generation by prioritising high-quality, sales-ready prospects, ensuring a steady stream of qualified leads is handed over to the sales team.
Content Creation: Draft, design, and distribute engaging content across various channels to build brand presence and support lead generation.
Marketing Assets: Develop compelling sales materials and client collateral that clearly articulate value propositions, supporting business development and strengthening client relationships.
Social Media Management: Manage our social media presence, create daily/weekly posts, engage with our community, and monitor industry conversations.
Campaign Execution: Launch and manage campaigns focused on revenue, lead acquisition, and specific product features.
Website Traffic: Execute strategies to drive high-quality traffic to the Shieldpay website, optimising landing pages for better conversion.
Performance Tracking: Monitor the performance of your campaigns and content, providing clear, simple reporting on metrics like clicks, engagement, and leads generated.
Industry Relations: Build and maintain relationships with industry experts to stay ahead of regulatory developments, translating insights into meaningful client engagement strategies and communications.
Events Coordination: Act as the primary lead for Shieldpay’s participation in industry events. Create and maintain the events calendar and ensure efforts contribute to our revenue goals.
Employer Brand Advocacy: Support the People team by highlighting our company culture on social channels.
Cross-Functional Support: Act as the marketing point-of-contact ensuring all assets align with our core values and messaging.
What we're looking for in you
You have proven experience working within the Financial Services sector and a strong understanding of the regulatory landscape to ensure all marketing activity are compliant.
A hands-on executer who thrives in the delivery; creating, launching, tracking consistent marketing impact.
You are results focused. Tracking both the quantity of qualified leads your content generates and their movement through the pipeline.
Have a proven track record of writing and producing content that cuts through the noise and converts interest into clicks.
Comfortable measuring campaign performance, tracking metrics like clicks, engagement, and lead volume to refine your daily activities.
Excel in fast-paced environments, capable of launching, analysing, and optimising campaigns with speed and accuracy.
Drive innovation and efficiency, ready to tackle any challenge and adapt to evolving business requirements. Be empowered to influence decisions and seize opportunities for innovation.
Demonstrate knowledge of security threats relevant to your function while maintaining an understanding and application of data handling procedures and access control principles specific to their role. You’ll be familiar with basic compliance requirements affecting your work.
