Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the product and sales team to ensure effective promotion of key products and content across all Abercrombie & Kent and A&K Villas marketing comms.
  • Work with the creative, product, and sales teams to develop and deliver timely and relevant online and offline campaigns across all tactical channels.
  • Create briefs and project manage the roll out of all marketing collateral such as flyers, posters, and other promotional materials both B2B and B2C.
  • Support with email marketing, paid media and advertising as on a weekly basis.
  • Support the wider UK marketing team with the planning, setup and management of all consumer exhibitions and events.
  • Collaborate with external partners to deliver joint marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness, customer enquiries, and bookings.
  • Support the trade sales team with producing marketing materials tailored for travel agents and assisting with organising and running agent events.
  • Co-ordinate Marketing efforts to support the UK TOC across all products and brands. Input and develop the global and local marketing calendar to achieve yearly targets.
  • Work with operational teams to prepare annual collateral, merchandise requirements and shipments.
  • Collaborate on international campaigns with our global marketing team.
  • Support the wider UK and global team with paid and organic social campaigns where necessary.
  • Monitor booking trends and commercial priorities of the business and create new marketing campaigns to support.
  • Raise Purchase Orders as necessary. Track and monitor budget expenditures in a timely and accurate way.
  • Track and analyse competitor marketing activities to inform strategy.
  • Compile and present weekly and monthly reports on marketing campaign performance.

Experience & Qualifications:

Essential

  • Minimum one year’s experience in a marketing role, preferably within the travel industry
  • Experience working with Email Marketing, CRM and analytics tools
  • Good knowledge of marketing concepts and principles

Desirable

  • Experience in travel industry beneficial
  • Good knowledge of SEO and biddable media best practice
  • Experience of working on both B2B and B2C campaigns
