What we’re looking for…

We’re looking for a Marketing Executive to join our MOMA marketing team and help drive the brand's digital presence, community engagement, and day-to-day operational excellence. You will take full ownership of MOMA’s social media channels, influencer strategy and brand partnerships, while supporting the wider team with trade marketing and essential office management. This is a broad, fast-paced role within the marketing team, requiring a proactive individual ready to step in, support the team, and act as a key brand ambassador across customer care and trade touchpoints.

As our Marketing Executive you will be responsible for …

  • Social Media Management: Own the MOMA social media calendar from end to end. Responsible for total community management across all social platforms, including content scheduling, posting, and actively responding to and engaging with our community.
  • Influencer Marketing & Partnerships: Develop and execute MOMA’s influencer marketing strategy to drive brand awareness. Identify, build, and maintain relationships with key influencers, content creators, and brand partners for collaborative campaigns.
  • Trade Marketing Execution: Act as the primary point of contact for all trade marketing requests. Successfully field incoming requests, brief them into our in-houseGraphic Designer, and manage the timeline to ensure all trade assets are delivered flawlessly and on time.
  • Office & Team Support: Provide vital day-to-day administrative and office support to keep the MOMA team running smoothly. Display agility and a collaborative mindset by regularly stepping in to assist the wider team with ad-hoc projects and events.
  • Customer Care Advocacy: Serve as the main escalation point of contact for the group customer care team to resolve complex queries. Directly manage and respond to all delivery-related customer inquiries, ensuring a high standard of care that reflects MOMA's brand values.

What you’ll bring…

  • Educated to BA level in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with 2+ years experience working within a fast-paced marketing environment (FMCG preferable).
  • Demonstrable experience managing brand social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) with a deep understanding of strategy, platform trends, analytics, and community management best practices.
  • Proven track record in executing influencer marketing campaigns and managing brand partnerships.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritise a busy workload, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a sharp eye for detail and the ability to craft engaging copy in the MOMA tone of voice.
  • A proactive, "can-do" attitude—someone who is highly collaborative, adaptable, and eager to support the wider team whenever needed.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, particularly when dealing with customer care and logistical delivery queries.
