We're looking for an ambitious and highly organised Marketing Assistant to support the delivery of exciting brand campaigns, retail activations and large-scale events. This hands-on role offers the opportunity to work across brand experiences, trade marketing and campaign operations, helping bring ideas to life while developing the skills needed to progress into a Brand Activation or Marketing Executive role. Ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented and eager to build a career in marketing through real-world experience.
RequirementsCampaign & Activation Delivery
- Support the planning and execution of brand campaigns and activations
- Assist with logistics, suppliers and on-the-ground delivery (including events and festivals such as Glastonbury Festival)
- Work closely with the marketing team and agencies to understand how ideas are translated into real-world experiences
- Take ownership of specific elements of activations as you develop
- Help ensure consistency across all touchpoints
Trade & Retail Marketing
- Support delivery of retail campaigns and in-store activity
- Coordinate POS materials and retailer requirements
- Help ensure campaigns land correctly across channels
Marketing Operations
- Support budgets, invoicing and financial tracking
- Assist with contracts, suppliers and documentation
- Help manage timelines and keep projects on track
- Coordinate across teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Act as a central point of coordination across brand, activation and social teams
- Support with social media posting, community management and optimisation
Performance & Reporting
- Support campaign reporting and analysis
- Help translate activity into insight and learning
