We've sold over 2.5 million products on TikTok Shop alone, were named FMCG Seller of the Year in 2024, and we're consistently the leading supplements brand on the platform. Not bad for a women's wellness brand built on doing things differently.

But we're not here to rest on it - and this role is proof of that. We're after someone who's commercially minded, creator-obsessed and genuinely TikTok-native: you live in the ecosystem, you know what makes a creator actually convert, and you spot the opportunity before anyone else does.

What you’ll be doing

As our Influencer Marketing Manager for TikTok Shop, you'll build a creator community people actually want to be part of. That means finding the right creators, getting them excited about Free Soul. You'll incentivise and nurture those relationships, develop creative that resonates and converts, and turn a thriving creator community into one of our fastest-growing sales channels. Revenue is the outcome - but it comes from getting the community and the creative right first.

This is a performance role at heart. We're looking for a passionate self-starter who lives on TikTok, understands the creator ecosystem inside out, and can scale a community at pace while keeping a sharp eye on ROI. It's a fantastic opportunity to take real ownership of a high-growth channel and make it your own.

  • Own the TikTok Shop creator pipeline - recruiting, onboarding and activating creators at scale through targeted collaborations.

  • Take responsibility for your own GMV targets and budgets, balancing commission rates, flat fees and product seeding to deliver strong returns.

  • Scout and identify creators with a proven track record of converting on TikTok Shop - using the Creator Marketplace, affiliate tools and your own instinct for who actually sells.

  • Negotiate commercials with creators, managers and agencies - commission, fees, deliverables and timelines - to hit benchmarks and protect margin without losing the relationship.

  • Manage a healthy pipeline of creators posting, tagging and selling.

  • Track and report on GMV, conversion, spend, ROI and creator performance - sharing insights and learnings, and leveraging data to continuously optimise the programme.

  • Immerse yourself in TikTok trends, the affiliate landscape and what's working across other Shops, bringing ideas on how we apply it.

What we’re looking for in you

  • 2-4 years running influencer marketing campaigns with a performance focus.

  • A strong understanding of the TikTok Shop affiliate ecosystem - open and targeted collaborations, commission structures and Creator Marketplace.

  • A results-oriented, analytical thinker, able to monitor, analyse and act on GMV and ROI.

  • Excellent negotiation and commercial instincts - you protect margin while keeping creators on side.

  • A natural communicator. You're quick to build relationships and establish rapport with creators, managers and agencies at all levels.

  • Obsessed with TikTok, social trends and the digital landscape. You know what is and isn't relevant to our audience and have ideas on how to implement it.

  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
