Overview
At Ceox, we are supporting a major Public Sector programme following the deployment of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment enabling direct marketing through Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys.
The platform is now live, with email campaign capabilities currently being tested and refined in a controlled/UAT environment as part of the initial rollout and warm-up phase.
We are looking for an experienced CRM Content Manager (Contractor) to support both campaign execution and the ongoing stabilisation of the email marketing capability, helping the client establish a scalable and effective approach from the outset.
Who We’re Looking For
- Strong background in email marketing campaign management
- Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys (segments, journeys, triggers)
- Solid HTML/CSS email build skills
- Experience delivering campaigns in structured or regulated environments
- Comfortable working in environments where capability is still being proven and refined
- Able to provide practical guidance and support, not just execution
- Strong stakeholder communication skills, particularly within public sector settings
What you will be doing
- Supporting testing and refinement of email campaigns in a UAT/test environment
- Building and iterating segments, journeys and triggered communications
- Designing and developing responsive email templates (HTML/CSS)
- Supporting initial campaign rollout and warm-up activity, including:
- Helping establish sender reputation and good delivery practices
- Ensuring campaigns are structured appropriately from the outset
- Managing campaign execution as capability moves toward business-as-usual
- Helping define and embed best practice for campaign delivery, including governance and structure
- Supporting the creation of reusable campaign assets and content libraries
- Working closely with Ceox and client stakeholders across delivery and testing phases
- Providing advice and guidance to the client, where internal CRM/content capability is still developing

- Can support testing, iteration and improvement, not just steady-state delivery
- Is pragmatic and solutions-focused, able to work through early-stage challenges
- Is willing to share knowledge and add value beyond a narrow remit
- Can operate effectively within public sector processes and governance
Desirable
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Voice
- Previous UK Public Sector experience
- Experience supporting early-stage campaign rollout or platform adoption, including email warm-up activities

• Contract Type: Freelance / Full-time Short-term Contract - outside IR35
• Location: Remote (UK-based candidates preferred)
