Business Development Executive
Salary up to £22k, dependent on skills and experience.
Bristol, permanent and full-time, with hybrid working options.
Are you an outgoing person who loves making new relationships and connections? Do you enjoy finding out about people, what they do, what motivates them, their businesses, their plans, the challenges they face and the opportunities they have?
You’ll be responsible for supporting the Business Development Manager in representing an award-winning, international marketing, design and technology agency.
This will involve working with and supporting the development of proposals alongside their technology, strategy and creative teams, liaising with potential clients, briefing wider members of the team and supporting the Business Development Manager in the acquisition of new clients.
You might have a background in another industry, such as recruitment, account management or another sales environment and are looking for a completely new challenge!
The key is enthusiasm, the ability to be entrepreneurial, a willingness to learn, take on new ideas and go out and engage with people at every level, building relationships and trust.
You will be happy to engage online, face-to-face and on the phone, as well as attend events, and able to have conversations that draw-out opportunities.
Ideally, you will have a degree in marketing, communications, media or related and be social media savvy, (particually have knowledge of LinkedIn to a certain degree).
We’d love to tell you more, so please send your CV to hello@moxieandmettle(dot)co(dot)uk

Moxie and Mettle is a UK-based recruitment company; our clients are based in the UK too. Although many clients offer remote working as an option, there is still a need to regularly visit company offices and clients in the UK. Therefore, applications from overseas are unlikely to be successful, unless applicants already have plans to be in the UK several times a month/year to facilitate meetings with both the teams and clients.
