Marketing Manager

Marketing Manager - Fixed Term Contract 12 Months minimum

Elevation have exclusively partnered with a fantastic consumer and trade products organisation as they look to recruit a Marketing Manager initially on a 12 Month Contract.

The company are around the Doncaster Area in South Yorkshire and you will be expected to come to the office 1 or 2 days per week.

Reporting into the Marketing Director you will be responsible for:

*Development and implementation of the Group Marketing Plan
*Budget and team management (Team of 4)
*Monthly reporting of market intelligence and all key group marketing activities
*Alongside Sales leads, develop and implement an annual promotions calendar to drive additional revenue for the group
*Management of key marketing channels both on and offline and all artwork & print activity
*Project manage key projects such as website builds, brand developments, bespoke POS fulfilment, catalogue development and merchandising solutions
*Support a large team of sales agents with marketing resources on a frequent basis

What specific technical knowledge and competencies does the Job Holder require?

*Proven experience within a Marketing Manager/senior role, preferably within the retail supply / consumer durables sector
*Possess and able to demonstrate strong leadership & project management skills
*Creative, but with a commercial mind-set
*Confidently represent the business in front of key customers and stakeholders
*Work with cross-functional teams to help deliver the company's vision and strategy
