Brand new Communications Executive role with a specialist property development organisation enjoying substantial growth.
This is a really broad communications role where your workload will be varied and challenging, but the main focus will be to provide communications and stakeholder engagement support. You will write professional communications materials, often seeking client approval for final drafts of communications, press and marketing materials. You'll also be involved with devising, designing and writing consultation materials, which can encourage positive dialogue and constructive feedback. There will be opportunity to be involved with strategy and as well as being involved with events, which might might include community consultation events and ceremonies. Aside from being a hugely successful property specialist, our client also runs a charitable foundation and there will also be involvement with communications and events around this.
What we're looking for:
We're looking for someone with at least 12 months experience gained from a broad Communications Executive role. Knowledge of working within a b2b or commercial property development environment would be useful, but this isn't essential. Personality will be key to this role - and you must love to communicate! Our client has very strong corporate values and these really do translate into everything they do. You'll be a creative writer, a brilliant proof-reader, and you'll be really happy in face to face events environments.
