Campaign Manager

Our client is one of London’s leading Estate Agencies. Estate Agencies are people-focused places, so whether you are working in marketing or sales, you need to like people (even first thing in the morning!) 


This particular agency are looking for a Campaign Manager to join their ever-expanding team. If you are ambitious, enthusiastic and personable, then this might be for you.

 

The role calls for a lot of responsibility and ownership, but with great responsibility come great rewards! (Is that the saying?) (Update: The correct quote is 'With great power comes great responsibility' - Benjamin Parker, Spiderman. Not as relevant as we had hoped, but interesting nonetheless.)
 


What would your day-to-day work look like?
 

  • Managing data across all channels (email, direct mail and any future requirements)
     
  • Carrying out email insight reporting on a weekly and monthly basis across all email programmes and develop programmes via a test and learn approach
     
  • Working with internal functions to optimise and improve data from systems feeding into the CRM
     
  • Reviewing all data briefs and programmes to ensure they are set up correctly in the system
     
  • Responsible for briefing and training new members of the marketing team on the CRM, as required
     
  • Responsible for email programmes, including segmentation and content, reporting, recommendations for improvement
     
  • Artwork, build templates, test and deploy emails utilising provider software
     
  • Development of relationships with key internal and external stakeholder
     
  • Copy writing for various internal and external channels including email, website, and intranet



What you would have in order to be considered:

  • Proven copy writing skills
     
  • Ability to analyse data and make decisions based on your analysis
     
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
     
  • Superb organisational and project management skills
     
  • Polite, enthusiastic and helpful manner (this sort of goes without saying, really!)
     
  • HTML knowledge for email, design and usability purposes
