Key Skills:   Creating a database of existing customers, writing and delivering an effective communication plan to promote and manage events, reporting into the Service Management Team you will coordinate and develop content for customer events, be involved in customer life cycle to maximise customer journey and experience.  Collate regular customer feedback to further develop our communications strategy and customer relationships.
