Position: Account Manager
Location: East London (EC1)
Our client is an award winning, experienced and forward thinking agency who work with globally recognised brands across the Retail, FMCG, and Technology sectors. They have made considerable investment in infrastructure and work with an established but young team. Due to recent account gains, they are looking for an experienced Account Manager who can integrate and build a team.
You will work closely with internal departments such as; SEO, Paid Media and Content Marketing teams to ensure we achieve the same goal. You will maintain relationships with B2B and B2C accounts that have been with the agency for a number of years as well as building and creating relationships with newer ones.

You will be responsible for:
- Identifying new opportunities to benefit clients
- Ensure we deliver on time
- Client entertainment when required
- Monthly reporting
- Inspiring creative team
- Establishing, building, and maintaining relationships with our clients.
- Liaise with internal teams in order to deliver services required.
You will be delivering:
- Monthly reports
- Excellent customer service
Building relationships with clients
At least one year’s experience in a similar position within agency
Knowledge of digital marketing channels such as SEO, Paid Search, Paid Social, and Content Marketing
Experience with Google Analytics to measure and report results
Track record of managing multiple client accounts
Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills
Ability to handle pressure and work to deadlines
Capable to work as a team player and reach personal goals and targets
