Under the leadership of the Head of ecommerce you will play a vital part in the digital marketing team and help steer the company towards the continued success and betterment of their exceptional online business proposition.

About the Role...

Reporting into the Head of ecommerce, you will be responsible transitioning the agency operation to an in house one and then look after:

  • All paid media activity across Google, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn
  • The testing of new campaigns within new markets to unlock new areas growth
  • The optimising of current campaigns to further improve efficiency and ROI
  • All affiliates activity, finding new partners and negotiating new deals
  • Recruitment for a brand new performance marketing team

About You…

  • Experienced transitioning an agency operation to an in house one
  • In depth understanding of Paid Search, SEO, Display, Affilaites & Retargeting  
  • Commercially focused and customer centric mind-set
  • Number focused – data driven approach to performance marketing
  • Confident – must be able to talk to senior stakeholders
  • An understanding of programmatic display (preferred)
