Marketing Manager

TVH Marketing Solution are pleased to be working on behalf of a new client based in London, in their search for a highly competent Marketing Manager to join their team.

The Marketing Managers responsibilities will include

  • Manage and motivate the Marketing team, allocate work, monitor day-to-day duties, submissions, competition reports etc. and collaborate with Graphic Designers, Management Group and Consultants in the preparation of bids and marketing collateral.
  • Liaise with Researcher and Head of Management on new business leads and suggest new business strategies
  • Work with senior members of staff, assist project teams and external consultants to support and advise on the preparation of material for competition submissions
  • Liaise with Web Editor to ensure that the website is up to date with correct images and texts and suggest modifications to address new company marketing strategies
  • Assess the value of the company by attending trade shows, conferences and seminars and identify speaker opportunities for senior staff
  • Suggest and coordinate practice-wide events and explore ideas for further events to promote the practice
  • Support the Head of Communications across the department’s activities and deputize when required
  • Contribute, or otherwise assist, as required by the Head of Communications



Qualities and skills required


  • Demonstrate ability to undertake the above responsibilities
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to work independently and as part of an effective team
  • Able to build good relationships at all levels, internally and externally
  • Graphics skills, including previous experience of using Indesign
  • Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong copywriting and proof reading skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – articulate and diplomatic manner
  • Concentration, accuracy, great attention to detail and a methodical approach to work carried out
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Ensure that discretion is exercised when dealing with sensitive information and that appropriate confidentiality is maintained at all times
  • Able to prioritise duties and work under pressure while remaining calm and professional at all times
  • Self-motivated and able to take responsibility
