Digital Product Manager
We are recruitng on behalf of one of the biggest communication services in the UK, for their digital products team.
This team is responsible for all of the businesses digital products and their aim is to provide best in class user experiences by delivering new features and improvements which you have identified as valuable to the customer.
You'll need to be a digital rock star and great problem solver. You will be responsible for the day to day smooth running of all digital products/platforms, ensuring the product is constantly evolving and using insights from customer services, customer data or best practice to inform your decision.
Building a deep understanding of the customers and their needs is key to this position. This role will focus on continuous improvement of the product, identifying and prioritising improvements and enhancements, ensuring UX is 'best in class' through customer experience optimisation and multivariate testing frameworks.
You'll work closely with the Head of Digital Products, designers, data and customer insight leads to create and launch outstanding developments.You should be able to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders both technical and non-technical. You'll have a passion for products, digital, technology, UX and putting the customer at the heart of everything you do.
This role has huge scope for learning and development with a rapidly growing business area. This role requires a candidate who is keen to learn and has experience working in fast pace environment.
You will need to be from a digital enviroment where your product(s) are constanrtly evolving. If you are from a TV, Telecoms, or Consumering facing technolgy business with a large digital product set this would be benifical.
