This exciting new role means you will become the expert of the Content Management System, ensuring it's used in the best possible way to deliver a great user experience.
Your focus will be to improve the customer's online journey at every opportunity, making amends and enhancements as needed. Whether it's tightening up technical design, delivering new content and pages or fixing copy mistakes, you'll be the person who can ensure the customer-facing site is as brilliant as possible.
Your improvements will be backed up with analysis and research, and you'll be proud to support this integral function of customer service. You'll also work closely with third parties who you'll oversee to make amends to the website using the CMS.
As well as the Digital team, you'll collaborate with all areas of the marketing division.
