Job Description:

As Strategy Director, you’ll be the senior strategic lead across key client accounts, shaping work that connects brand ambition with commercial success while influencing clients, colleagues and partners alike.
What you'll do
Lead the development of integrated communications and media strategies that drive brand and business outcomes.
Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, understanding their challenges, objectives and growth ambitions.
Turn audience insights, market research, data and cultural trends into innovative strategic recommendations.
Partner closely with planning, analytics, creative and specialist teams to deliver connected, effective solutions.
Ensure strategy, execution and measurement work together seamlessly.
Identify opportunities to expand client partnerships through relevant specialist capabilities and services.
Contribute to new business pitches, helping shape compelling, winning strategies.
Play an active role within the Strategy & Intelligence team, including supporting the development and application of Culture Currents.
Stay ahead of emerging media, technology and AI developments to inspire innovative thinking.
Contribute to agency-wide initiatives, thought leadership and community-focused programmes.
What you'll bring
Strong experience leading brand, campaign or communications strategy, with excellent media understanding.
A track record of translating complex briefs into clear, actionable strategic recommendations.
Confidence working in fast-paced environments, balancing multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
Knowledge of media effectiveness, measurement approaches (including MMM) and the evolving media landscape.
Strong commercial awareness and the ability to connect marketing activity to business outcomes.
Excellent storytelling, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
Experience using audience insight and segmentation tools, such as TGI.
Curiosity about emerging technologies, including AI, and how they can enhance effectiveness and creativity.
A collaborative, proactive approach and the confidence to guide teams and clients towards successful outcomes.
