Strategic Relationships Executive | Business Development & Marketing

We’re looking for a proactive Strategic Relationships Executive to join our Business Development & Marketing team. Supporting the Head of Strategic Relationships, you’ll help deliver key client and intermediary programmes, strengthen strategic partnerships, and contribute to business growth across Scotland, the UK and internationally. This role can be based in our Aberdeen, Edinburgh or Glasgow office.

In this role, you’ll support strategic relationship plans, coordinate engagement with intermediaries and global partners, and help deliver a seamless client experience. You’ll also manage elements of the Client Listening Programme, carry out research and analysis to identify growth opportunities, and assist with events, communications, and marketing materials.

We’re looking for someone with strong experience in a professional services or corporate environment, ideally with exposure to business development or marketing. You’ll be organised, detail-focused, confident working with data and CRM systems, and able to manage multiple priorities. A collaborative mindset, strong communication skills, and an interest in international business are key.
