About you
You’re passionate about Social Media and understand the value it can bring to a brand in terms of storytelling and generating leads. You’re innovative and able to think on your feet whilst also able to work to timelines and manage stakeholder expectations. You have experience managing external agencies and holding them to accountable for their performance. You pride yourself on keeping up-to-date on social media trends, knowing what type of content preforms best on which channels, and what platform algorithms are looking for to accelerate growth. You’re a content creator at heart, love being part of a team, thrive in a fast-paced environments, and are comfortable pivoting between different business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible executing Knight Frank’s social media strategy for our core channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube), with an emphasis on increasing channel reach, engagement, and follower growth, as well as assisting with social media governance, accountability and training for Knight Frank’s core social channels
Managing the UK content calendar, and responsible for the day-to-day planning, creating, scheduling, and publishing of high-quality content for our primary social media channels (with particular focus on all UK divisions), including but not limited to:
Residential Sales & Lettings
International Residential
Commercial divisions
Rural, Energy & Projects
Development Services
Associated brands
Keeping Knight Frank culturally relevant with ongoing trend and innovation monitoring
Liaise with members from a wide-range of UK service lines, ensuring alignment with wider marketing, PR, Brand and business objectives, ensuring all creative is on brand
Monitor growth and leads generated from Social Media, and owning KPI reporting
Be the primary point of contact for all day-to-day queries Social Media, from posting requests to best practice tips and ad-hoc social media training for UK offices and teams
Collaborating with content, PR and wider marketing teams to advise on Social Media opportunities
Support paid media strategy with recommendations or content creation
Working alongside and managing relationships with third party agencies and suppliers (e.g. Community management, videographers, and editors)
Collaborating with internal teams (outside of marketing), to ensure their important wins, critical news, or brand initiatives are featured on the appropriate social platforms
Participate in all aspects of content creation, including:
Planning and strategy calls
Writing creative briefs
Coordinating shoots
Content creation / editing
Script writing and storyboarding
Aligning social and PR objectives
Manage messaging, expectations and delivery
Uphold Knight Frank’s social governance and security by flagging unauthorised or fake social media accounts and other breaches of the Global Social Media Policy and actioning appropriately to protect the Knight Frank brand
Professional Experience and Personal Skills Profile
At least 2 years’ experience working in a social media role with a proven track record for scaling account growth (broader digital marketing experience a bonus)
Experience using Meta and LinkedIn manager platforms with a strong understanding of their reporting and governance (YouTube is a bonus)
Strong understanding and experience with social media reporting and publishing tools
You are a Social Media advocate and are able to communicate its power and purpose to stakeholders and the wider business, are process-driven, highly creative, and enjoy creating content
Excellent communicator who is comfortable working alongside senior business stakeholders, third-party agencies, in internal marketing teams
Strong planning and organisation skills; ability to prioritise workload in line with business needs and work to deadlines
A skilled content creator who brings an innovative approach to Social-first content, ensuring all published material is engaging, relevant, and impactful, whilst adhering to brand guidelines
Must be highly skilled using Canva
Filming and video editing experience is a bonus
Experience using Monday.com is a bonus
Excellent attention to detail
Self-motivated professional with a ‘can do’ attitude who enjoys being part of a team
