Senior PPC & Performance Marketing Expert (Remote Vacancy)

Purpose Of The Job:
Our client a UK based company is looking for a Senior PPC Performance Marketing Expert to join the team. This position will be remotely based in South Africa. They require a candidate with strong hands-on experience in paid digital marketing, specifically within the UK legal and immigration market. This role is focused on lead generation, conversion performance and campaign scaling across Google Ads, Meta and TikTok.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch and manage high-performing Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max and remarketing
• Manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram with a strong focus on lead quality and conversion rate
• Build, test and optimise TikTok Ads campaigns for recruitment, legal and professional service audiences
• Carry out keyword research, competitor analysis, search intent mapping and audience targeting for UK legal services
• Monitor daily budgets, bidding strategies, CPL, CPA, ROAS, impression share and campaign performance
• Set up and maintain conversion tracking through Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel
• Analyse landing page performance and work with the content/design team to improve enquiry conversion rates
• Prepare clear weekly performance reports with actions, insights and next-step recommendations

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on PPC and performance marketing experience
• Strong practical experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads and TikTok Ads
• Experience in the UK legal, immigration or professional services market is strongly preferred
• Ability to personally build, manage, optimise and scale campaigns without relying only on strategy documents
• Strong understanding of lead generation, ROI, CPL, CPA, attribution and conversion tracking
• Confident with GA4, GTM, pixels, remarketing audiences and campaign reporting
• Ability to work with landing pages, CRO recommendations and lead quality feedback
• Excellent communication skills and strong ownership of campaign results
