We are looking for a Senior Marketing Planning Manager who thrives at the intersection of content, data, strategy, and portfolio planning across 24 countries. This is not a traditional marketing role — it's a strategic planning role that shapes how Prime Video International markets and invests in paid marketing across Europe, Latin America, and Canada. You will own planning frameworks, investment strategies, and inspection cycles that determine where, when, and how Prime Video shows up for customers around the world. This isn’t just about paid media but how the full-funnel of marketing (including our own Amazon touchpoints) interact together and how this differs across different countries.
If you're energized by connecting business diagnosis to marketing strategy, reconciling top-down financial guardrails with bottom-up campaign realities, and presenting investment trade-offs to senior leadership — this role was built for you. If you are excited about what content and brand strategies will drive the most impact with customers, this is for you.
This role sits within the PVI Marketing Planning & Strategy team, working cross-functionally with Brand Management, ATL Media, Social & Creators, Programming, Performance Marketing, and Finance to deliver and shape PVI's approach to title-level and portfolio-level marketing planning.

A day in the life
You might start the day adjusting a portfolio laydown after a title date shifts or new signals came in suggesting marketing approach needs to change, flagging the budget impact to Finance and updating Brand Management. By mid-morning you're presenting a planning brief for a Global Tentpole — aligning ATL, Social, and Media teams on investment strategy and country phasing. In the afternoon you're building the quarterly inspection document, pulling updated content, social and testing performance signals and translating them into investment recommendations for leadership. Throughout the week, you're the planning point of contact — the connective tissue between marketing strategy, content, finance, and execution.
About the team
The PVI Marketing Planning team is the central strategic arm of Prime Video International's marketing organization. We set the investment strategy for how PVI markets its content across Europe, Latin America, and Canada — connecting content and brand ambition with commercial rigour. We own the integrated view of what we invest in across channels (paid, earned or owned), where, and why. We sit at the centre of a cross-functional ecosystem — working across Brand Management, ATL Media, Social, Programming, and Finance — and we thrive on turning ambiguity into clarity and strategy into action.
