Over the last five years we've doubled in size, expanded our

presence across Wales and the South West, strengthened our teams and continued

to invest in our people, and client service. Our ambition doesn't stop there.

As we continue to grow, Marketing has an increasingly

important role to play in shaping commercial decisions, supporting our leaders

and helping drive sustainable success.

This is an opportunity to become part of that journey.

If you're looking for a role where you can influence projects,

raise the firm's profile.

PR, Thought Leadership & Brand

thought leadership and PR activity, building relationships with media, PR

partners and key stakeholders.

  • Develop

and refine content across digital, print and web, ensuring it strengthens

the firm's reputation and market position.

  • Identify

opportunities to promote the firm's expertise through media, awards and

industry commentary.

Digital & Internal Communications

  • Own

the firm's social media presence and oversee engaging internal

communications, including the intranet.

  • Ensure

communications are timely, consistent and aligned with the firm's brand.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Build

strong relationships with Partners and stakeholders, proactively

identifying communications opportunities.

  • Support

strategic business projects and help shape the future of the

communications function as the firm grows.

  • Drive

high standards, taking ownership of quality and continuously improving

communications processes and content.

professional who thrives in a fast-paced professional services environment and

enjoys building something as a business grows.

You'll bring:

experience in communications, PR or marketing within professional services

(legal experience is a real advantage).

  • Strong

media relations, thought leadership and content creation expertise, with

exceptional writing and editing skills.

  • Experience

managing social media, communications campaigns and brand messaging.

  • Confidence

working with senior stakeholders, influencing, challenging and building

trusted relationships.

  • Commercial

awareness, excellent organisation and the ability to take ownership with

minimal supervision.
