Our client is one of the UK's best-loved flexible workspace brands. Founded over a decade ago, they run buildings across London and beyond for teams of 1 to 100, with thousands of members from some of the country's most exciting companies.
Here's their honest assessment: almost everyone in the flex industry, themselves included, has been producing pretty mid content. Your job is to fix that. The raw material is exceptional: characterful buildings, a genuinely distinctive brand, and a member community full of stories worth telling. What's missing is someone to turn it into the top 1% of content that actually cuts through.
As the Senior Brand & Content Manager you'll own brand awareness and engagement across every public channel, social first, with content that drives equity, engagement and leads. You'll have a budget, a pool of freelance designers, copywriters and content creators, and 1-2 junior contractors reporting to you.
This isn't a pure strategy seat. You'll set the direction and get it made, by your freelancers, your reports, or yourself.
What you'll actually do
- Own the brand awareness and engagement strategy across all public channels, social media and email included
- Create and commission 'top 1%' social-first content that drives awareness, equity and leads
- Own sales enablement and product marketing: website photography, case studies, and post-tour pitch decks that close deals
- Run the CMS so every building has the right floorplans, photos and site-specific assets
- Manage 1-2 junior contractors plus a pool of freelance designers, copywriters and creators
- Prioritise and deliver ad-hoc content requests from the exec team
- Lead content for new site launches, on time and on brand across every digital and physical touchpoint
- Be keeper of the brand bible: own the guidelines and the systems that keep the brand consistent everywhere
