enable engineering transformation at Huxley Bertram

Huxley Bertram Engineering Limited designs and builds bespoke machinery and automated equipment for clients operating in high technology and regulated sectors, including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, energy, research, and nuclear.

We are seeking a capable, organised, and proactive Sales, Marketing & Business Executive to support the smooth running of our commercial and business functions. This is a varied, hands-on role working across sales, marketing, and operations to ensure key activities are delivered efficiently and professionally, while contributing to the ongoing development of our systems and ways of working.

This role offers unusual breadth for an SME environment, combining commercial exposure, operational coordination, and digital improvement, within an empowering business culture.

This is a broad and well-integrated role combining sales support, marketing delivery, meeting coordination, business systems support, and general operations. You will act as a central coordination point across the business—supporting enquiries, producing documentation, managing meetings, maintaining systems, and contributing to ongoing improvements in how we work. There is scope to grow responsibilities over time as systems and processes develop.
