Job Title

Revenue Marketing Lead

Job Description

The Revenue Marketing Lead is the commercial execution engine for the Decision Platform. Working within the marketing strategy set by the Marketing Lead, this role is accountable for translating global marketing direction into effective, data-driven demand generation and campaign activity that fills the sales pipeline.

Reporting directly to the CRCO for commercial performance, with a dotted line to the Marketing Lead for strategic alignment, this role bridges revenue targets and integrated marketing delivery. You will manage a team of Regional Marketing Executives and drive a HubSpot-first approach to pipeline management, ensuring every marketing activity connects to bottom-line growth.
Given the global scope of this role covering the UK, North America, Asia, and Australia, a high degree of flexibility regarding timezones is essential.

Organisational scope

Reporting Lines

  • Direct report to the CRCO for commercial pipeline performance and revenue targets

  • Dotted line to the Marketing Lead to ensure alignment with global marketing strategy, brand governance, and the integrated marketing roadmap

Direct Reports

  • Regional Marketing Executives (Asia/Australia, North America, UK)

Role & strategic context
This role operates within the demand generation and campaign execution layer of the marketing function. The Marketing Lead sets overall marketing strategy, pipeline governance targets, and brand direction. This role is accountable for executing against that strategy to drive measurable pipeline contribution for the Decision Platform.

A key responsibility of this role is to close the feedback loop — bringing market-specific insights from regional execution back to the Marketing Lead to inform and refine global marketing strategy.

Core responsibilities
1. Demand Generation — Inbound & Outbound

  • Own the full demand generation lifecycle for the Decision Platform, spanning inbound (content, organic) and outbound (LinkedIn, ABM) channels

  • Design and execute high-intent multi-channel campaigns to secure discovery calls with C-level decision-makers at global insurance carriers across all key territories

  • Build and optimise the inbound engine in collaboration with the Marketing Lead and product marketing team, increasing MQL-to-SQL velocity

  • Own lead nurturing programmes that move prospects through the funnel from awareness to SQL, working within the CRM/HubSpot framework

  • Ensure all demand generation activity reflects the brand positioning, messaging, and GTM strategy set by the Marketing Lead

2. Campaign Execution & Regional Team Management

  • Execute the integrated campaign plan defined in partnership with the Marketing Lead, covering digital, ABM, events, partnerships, and content

  • Manage and mentor Regional Marketing Executives, empowering local execution while maintaining alignment to global campaign strategy and revenue goals

  • Build 'The UnderwriteMe Way' — consistent marketing playbooks for campaign execution and lead management that scale across all global markets

  • Provide regular market-specific insights back to the Marketing Lead to inform strategy refinement for North American, European, and Asian audiences

3. Cross-functional Alignment

  • Collaborate with the product marketing team and sales to build outbound sequences that translate product features and marketing content into compelling commercial hooks

  • Support the Marketing Lead's sales enablement agenda by ensuring campaign assets and messaging align to the narrative set at strategy level

  • Provide market-specific insights to Product Marketing to help refine messaging for the nuanced needs of the North American, European, and Asian insurance landscapes.

4. Customer Advocacy

  • Build and lead a global Customer Referral Program, incentivising current partners to introduce the technology to new opportunities

  • Partner with Customer Success to identify power users and convert their success into high-converting lead generation assets — video testimonials, joint webinars, and technical case studies

5. HubSpot, Data Integrity & Reporting

  • Operate within the CRM/HubSpot framework governed by the Marketing Lead, ensuring all marketing touchpoints are captured accurately

  • Own database cleanliness, campaign naming conventions, and multi-touch attribution reporting globally

  • Build and present real-time regional dashboards to the CRCO, reporting on CAC, Marketing-Sourced Pipeline, and regional ROI

  • Feed pipeline performance data and market insights back to the Marketing Lead for integrated reporting at leadership level

What we’re looking for

  • 5 years in a B2B SaaS Demand Generation, Customer Marketing, or Revenue Marketing role (InsurTech/FinTech preferred)

  • Proven track record across both inbound and outbound demand generation — not solely paid or outbound campaign execution

  • HubSpot proficiency: deep experience implementing workflows, reporting, and database management

  • Ability to work within a strategy set by others while owning execution with autonomy and commercial accountability

  • Experience leading and developing remote or in-region marketing professionals

  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to report on pipeline and revenue metrics to C-suite leadership

  • Willingness and ability to work across multiple timezones to support a global operation
