As Project Manager, you’ll lead the successful delivery of our Brand and Marketing integration initiatives across the Society and trading groups, working across multiple business functions and transformation activities.
You’ll bring strong project management experience, combined with the ability to engage stakeholders and drive outcomes in complex environments.
Working closely with the Programme Manager and Brand & Marketing Workstream Lead, you’ll help to ensure alignment with wider programme objectives, governance and delivery priorities. The role will also see you working in close partnership with Technology, Membership, Legal, Operations and external partners to deliver business capabilities enabled through technology, data and process change.
This role is business-led rather than technical delivery focused. However, success will depend on strong collaboration with Technology teams delivering CRM, digital, data and platform capabilities that underpin the Brand and Marketing roadmap.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who can bring a strong track record of delivering complex business transformation and integration programmes.
The ideal candidate will have experience working across Brand, Marketing, CRM, Digital, or other customer-focused initiatives, with a clear understanding of how these functions align to drive business outcomes.
You will demonstrate excellent project planning and organisational skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively, ensuring all stakeholders understand progress, priorities, and key deliverables.
A proven ability to lead stakeholders through change is essential. You’ll be able to align cross-functional teams around a common goal, fostering collaboration and engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
We’re looking for someone with a proactive, delivery-focused mindset and a genuine passion for driving change and continuous business improvement. You’ll bring a collaborative approach, ensuring people are engaged and supported throughout the journey.
You should hold formal Project Management qualifications (Agile, Waterfall, or similar) and/or equivalent hands-on experience delivering large-scale change programmes.
Strong commercial awareness is required, including experience managing budgets, suppliers, and third-party delivery partners.
You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrating the ability to manage ambiguity, shifting priorities, multiple dependencies, and evolving operating models.
Experience coordinating cross-functional delivery across both Technology and business teams is essential, alongside strong governance, reporting, and organisational capabilities.
We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, pragmatic, and confident operating across complex environments, balancing competing priorities to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
Finally, it is essential that you have a strong understanding of marketing and branding functions, including familiarity with marketing terminology, agency processes, and industry best practices.
