Overview

We are hiring a

Programmatic Manager to play a central role in how one of the world’s most recognised technology brands connects with audiences across EMEA. This is an opportunity to take real ownership of a flagship account, working on well-funded, innovative campaigns powered by advanced data and technology. You’ll join a collaborative, high-performing team where your ideas are valued and your development is supported. If you enjoy shaping strategy, building trusted partnerships and pushing the boundaries of programmatic, this role offers genuine scope to grow and make an impact.

Responsibilities

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead end-to-end programmatic planning and activation across Display, Video and Connected TV, from brief to optimisation and reporting
  • Develop clear, insight-led programmatic strategies aligned to wider marketing objectives
  • Drive structured test-and-learn initiatives to continuously improve performance and explore new opportunities
  • Monitor campaign pacing and performance, providing timely, actionable insights against KPIs
  • Oversee campaign setup and trafficking across DSPs, ensuring accuracy and high-quality execution
  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and act as a trusted day-to-day programmatic lead
  • Support and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-quality way of working

Qualifications

Skills we’re looking for:

  • Hands-on programmatic experience within an agency environment, across leading DSPs
  • Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, including measurement, brand safety and data practices
  • Experience supporting or managing team members, with a constructive and supportive coaching style
  • Confidence presenting insights and performance to stakeholders in a clear and engaging way
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into meaningful actions
  • Commercial awareness, with an interest in building productive media and platform partnerships
  • Strong organisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
