About the Role
You will work on paid search day‑to‑day delivery, optimisation and governance of campaigns across EMEA via our Hub in London for ON Running as part of a unified digital activation strategy.
As an Agent of Change, you will bring technical depth, curiosity and collaboration to the client and agency team. You will turn paid search signals into clear strategic direction, platform data into actionable optimisation plans and brand ambition into paid search‑driven growth.
You operate at the centre of activation team across our international hub, using shared workflows, governance frameworks and platform tools in sync with our teams in the US.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Setup & Activation
Assist in building and launching campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and paid social platforms
Support campaign trafficking and configuration
Ensure campaigns follow established best practices and account structures
Campaign Optimisation
Monitor campaign performance and identify optimisation opportunities
Support adjustments to bids, budgets, targeting, and creative
Assist with search query mining and negative keyword management
Reporting & Performance Monitoring
Help prepare weekly performance reports and dashboards
Monitor campaign pacing and identify anomalies
Support analysis of campaign results and performance trends
Collaboration
Work closely with managers, analysts, and cross-channel teams
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors where required
Support cross-market collaboration across different regions
About You
Some experience in paid search, digital marketing or performance media
Experience in paid search platforms
Strong analytical and organisational skills
Comfortable working with data in Excel or reporting tools
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Nice to Have
Experience with wider digital platforms
Additional language skills
Interest in data-driven marketing and campaign optimisation
