An exciting opportunity has opened within our Digital Marketing team for an ambitious Paid Search Manager to play a leading role in shaping the Paid Search strategy across TUI and Crystal Ski.

This role is ideal for someone with deep Paid Search expertise who thrives in a fast-paced commercial environment and is passionate about driving innovation, strategic growth, and cross-functional collaboration. You'll lead on strategic initiatives, influence senior stakeholders, and help evolve the direction of Paid Search activity across key brands.

We are able to offer hybrid working, the successful candidate will be required to work from our Luton office one day a week. Closing date for applications will be Thursday 30th July.

About The Job

  • You'll lead the Paid Search strategy and performance direction, ensuring activity aligns with wider commercial and brand objectives.
  • Support the development and execution of the Paid Search testing roadmap, helping prioritise initiatives that drive incremental performance improvements.
  • Act as a senior point of contact for stakeholders across the business, effectively sharing performance updates, strategies, and industry insights that will keep us ahead of the curve
  • Work hand in hand with other digital channels like SEO, Display, and Social to uncover opportunities for synergy and efficiency, propelling our digital presence to new heights
  • Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with ever-evolving changes in the digital landscape, including technological advancements and legislation, to ensure our performance remains unmatched
  • When the need arises, be ready to dive in, providing crucial diagnoses and tackling ad hoc tasks with enthusiasm and expertise
  • Manage and nurture a talented team member, setting the stage for their growth and success

About You

  • You bring extensive Paid Search experience with strong technical expertise across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, SA360 and analytics tools.
  • Proven track record of managing complex PPC campaigns to optimise toward DR metrics (i.e., CPA, ROAS, COS)
  • Technically advanced with the ability to demonstrate various examples of best-in-class and advanced strategies, including improving data feeds to enhance marketing performance, implementing advanced audience strategies, advanced bidding, scripts, etc)
  • A data-driven approach with superior analytical and quantitative skills, with proven experience using data to drive decision-making and optimisations
  • A highly motivated self-starter with a growth mindset, with proven experience in scaling customer acquisition and retention strategies
  • Exceptional communication skills with ability to work with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for staying updated with the latest digital marketing trends
