We are looking for an experience Paid Media Manager to join the team in our Leeds office.

Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with clients to understand business goals and align paid media performance with those goals

  • Maintain a strong relationship with vendors and suppliers, working to get insights and the latest beta to improve client performance

  • Own day-to-day management of accounts

  • Keep a consistent in-depth knowledge level of paid channels

  • Be client-facing, maintaining direct contact with your clients and attending and leading weekly calls with clients

  • Understand the goals of the accounts and align strategy to those goals.

  • Prepare and complete media plans to then pitch to strategist for approval with rationale

  • Prepare road maps to help increase the performance of the accounts in line with the client’s business goals, along with robust testing plans

  • Always be testing

  • Regularly audit accounts to make sure basics are being applied in accounts

  • Assign relevant tasks to executives

  • Create targeted campaigns including writing required copy and testing landing pages.

  • Work with strategists to prepare monthly and quarterly decks

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a paid media role working across Paid Media

  • Shopping and feed management experience

  • Solid presenting and client facing experience

  • Strong understanding of tracking and tagging

  • Growth focused & always willing to embrace a challenge and learn with a curious nature

  • Google qualified

  • Confident communicator and ability to build relationships

  • Be able to understand and highlight the story behind KPIs

  • Strong attention to detail and demonstrable ability to work to deadlines

  • Analytical way of working

  • Collaborative worker and all-round team player
