General Marketing

At TBCo, we create easy-to-style statement pieces designed to make an impact. As a B Corp certified brand, we believe in responsible retail, high-quality natural materials, and products that empower self-expression.

We’re looking for a dynamic and proactive Marketing Intern to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is creatively curious, culturally aware and keen to build hands-on experience across content, social media, events, PR and brand marketing within a fast-paced, growing brand.

You’ll work closely with our Marketing and Content teams, supporting everything from content creation and shoot production to social engagement, events, asset management and campaign research.

This is a paid 3-month internship with the potential for extension.

As a Marketing Intern at TBCo, you will:

  • Support the Content Team with photoshoots, including pre-production planning and tasking, shoot-day assistance and post-production organisation.
  • Manage the photography studio and product samples, including tracking samples in and out, keeping them organised and well cared for, and ensuring the studio remains tidy, orderly and ready for use.
  • Support the Marketing Team with event planning, including venue sourcing, guest outreach, gifting, prop sourcing, event set-up and breakdown.
  • Help manage our growing library of creative assets, ensuring imagery and video are clearly named, tagged, filed and easy for the wider team to access.
  • Resize, reformat and organise visual assets for different channels and placements, ensuring the correct dimensions, file naming and brand consistency.
  • Liaise with our PR agency to coordinate gifting, product samples and other day-to-day PR requests.
  • Support the Social Media Team with community engagement, content tasking and general channel support across Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest.
  • Support with copywriting across marketing channels, including social captions, newsletters, campaign messaging and other brand communications.
  • Proofread marketing content to ensure spelling, grammar, links and tone of voice are consistently on-brand.
  • Support the wider Marketing Team with day-to-day administration, including managing and responding to emails, coordinating requests, organising information and helping keep projects moving.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A genuine passion for marketing, with a particular interest in fashion, content and social media.
  • A strong understanding of social platforms including Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest.
  • An awareness of cultural trends across fashion, media, music, art and the wider creative landscape.
  • Strong written communication skills and an interest in developing brand copywriting experience.
  • A collaborative mindset and proactive attitude - someone who is happy to get stuck in, take initiative and problem-solve across a variety of projects.
  • Good interpersonal skills and confidence communicating
  • Excellent organisational skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • An interest in or experience with how AI and emerging tools can support creativity, research and marketing.
  • A creative eye and an interest in photography, video or creating engaging social-first content is advantageous.

If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you!
