Weâre looking for a Marketplaces Growth Manager to take ownership of one of Mousâ fastest-growing commercial channels by scaling our global marketplace presence and unlocking the next phase of growth.
Amazon is already a significant growth opportunity for Mous, and this role is about building on that momentum. Youâll own the strategy, performance, and expansion of our marketplace business across 9 markets by identifying opportunities, improving how we operate, and turning insights into measurable commercial impact.
This isnât a role focused purely on marketplace execution. Youâll have the opportunity to shape the direction of the channel, whether that's launching new products, improving profitability, optimising the customer journey, expanding into new markets, or making Prime Day a huge success, you'll be at the centre of it.
Reporting directly to our Head of Commercial and managing our Marketplaces Executive, you'll have the autonomy, visibility, and ownership to make a real impact. As the channel continues to grow, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of the marketplaces function and building a team around it.

Youâre an ambitious marketplace expert who understands what it takes to win on Amazon and wants the opportunity to have real ownership over a high-impact channel.
Youâll be commercially driven, analytical, and proactive, someone who can look at performance data, identify opportunities, and turn insights into action. Youâll balance strategic thinking with getting into the detail, whether thatâs improving listings, scaling advertising, solving operational challenges, or finding new growth opportunities.
Youâll enjoy working cross-functionally and influencing teams around you, bringing clarity, structure, and momentum to a fast-moving environment. This role is for someone who thrives with autonomy, takes ownership of outcomes, and wants to build rather than simply maintain.
