Purpose

Support the development and execution of global product marketing initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, lead generation, and product adoption. Working closely with Product Management, Sales, and Marketing teams, you will deliver campaigns, support go-to-market activities, analyze performance, and leverage AI-enabled tools to improve marketing effectiveness and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute product marketing campaigns aligned with product roadmaps, go-to-market strategies, and business objectives.
  • Develop product messaging, positioning, sales enablement materials, and marketing content.
  • Drive demand generation activities, lead management, and funnel optimization.
  • Monitor campaign performance, ROI, pipeline contribution, and marketing effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Maintain competitive intelligence and market awareness to support positioning and growth strategies.
  • Ensure all marketing activities and assets align with brand, regulatory, and quality requirements.
  • Manage digital marketing assets and support content governance and accessibility.
  • Collaborate across global Marketing, Product Management, and Sales teams to deliver integrated marketing initiatives.

AI-Enabled Marketing

  • Utilize AI-powered tools to support content creation, campaign execution, audience targeting, segmentation, lead scoring, and performance optimization.
  • Develop and apply AI-assisted workflows that improve efficiency, consistency, and marketing effectiveness.
  • Ensure AI-generated outputs comply with brand, regulatory, quality, and data privacy standards.
  • Promote adoption of AI best practices and continuous improvement across marketing activities.

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • 3–5 years' experience in B2B product marketing, marketing communications, or campaign management.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Strong understanding of demand generation, marketing funnels, lead management, and campaign analytics.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, social media, Google Analytics, and WordPress.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, project management, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.

Preferred

  • Healthcare, laboratory, medical technology, healthcare IT, SaaS, or cloud solutions experience.
  • Experience engaging with technical, clinical, and leadership audiences.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled marketing tools and workflows.

This role requires a working knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies and the ability to leverage them to improve processes and outcomes. A core understanding of AI concepts is required and must be able to demonstrate the use of AI tools in a professional setting.

Onboarding

As part of our onboarding process, all new employees will be required to attend / travel to the office on their first day of employment. This requirement is essential for onboarding activities, including the identity verification, completion of necessary documentation, receiving your IT equipment, introductions to key team members, and orientation to Clinisys policies and procedures.
