  • Collaborate with operational, commercial, clinical and central marketing teams to ensure marketing activity supports strategic priorities and enhances patient experience.

To succeed as Marketing Manager – Hospitals & Clinical Services you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience in a marketing management role, delivering integrated campaigns and marketing plans within a multi-site, healthcare, retail, hospitality or service-based environment.
  • Strong understanding of paid media planning, campaign optimisation and agency management.
  • Demonstrable experience using data and insights to evaluate performance, identify opportunities and inform marketing decisions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build credible relationships across a diverse range of audiences.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of delivery.
  • Strong communication and creative briefing skills, with the ability to translate business objectives into effective marketing activity.
  • A collaborative, proactive and values-led approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional outcomes for customers and colleagues.
