Phillip Jeffries is seeking a creative and strategic Marketing Manager to support the continued growth of our international business across the UK, France, Italy, Spain, and broader European markets. Based in our London office, this role follows a hybrid schedule of 3–4 days per week on-site and reports directly to the Managing Director, PJ International.
Working closely with our Global Marketing team and international leaders, the Marketing Manager will drive regional marketing initiatives, public relations, content creation, events, and brand activations that strengthen awareness and engagement across key international markets. The ideal candidate is a skilled storyteller, relationship builder, and project manager with a passion for luxury brands, design, and creating exceptional brand experiences.
What You’ll Do:
Brand Storytelling & Communications
- Adapt global campaigns and content to engage audiences across the UK and Europe.
- Ensure all communications reflect the Phillip Jeffries brand while resonating locally.
- Identify opportunities to connect our brand to design trends, industry conversations, and cultural moments.
- Partner with Global Marketing to bring the Phillip Jeffries story to life throughout the international design community.
Public Relations & Media Relations
- Build and nurture relationships with design media, editors, influencers, and industry partners.
- Secure meaningful media coverage that elevates brand awareness, product launches, and company initiatives.
- Coordinate press events, media visits, and PR opportunities across international markets.
- Collaborate with external agencies and Global Marketing to maximize visibility and measure results.
Market Trends & Industry Insights
- Stay ahead of design, lifestyle, and cultural trends across Europe and key international markets.
- Share market insights and opportunities with cross-functional teams to support business growth.
- Build industry relationships that keep Phillip Jeffries connected to emerging trends and conversations.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen brand relevance and support product storytelling.
Campaign Management
- Partner with Global Marketing and regional teams to bring campaigns from concept through execution.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and project coordination to ensure successful campaign launches.
- Support marketing requests and regional initiatives across multiple European markets.
- Track results, gather insights, and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement.
Events, Activations & Brand Experiences
- Lead the planning and execution of trade shows, showroom events, industry activations, and brand experiences.
- Build relationships with design organizations, industry partners, and influencers.
- Support advertising, sponsorships, award submissions, and promotional partnerships.
- Manage event logistics, budgets, calendars, and performance reporting to maximize impact.
Content Creation & Social Media
- Create and manage engaging content across digital and social platforms.
- Support regional storytelling that inspires the design community and strengthens brand awareness.
- Ensure content reflects Phillip Jeffries' luxury brand standards and product excellence.
- Monitor content performance and identify opportunities to increase engagement and reach.
Must have:
- Located in London or Greater London
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, public relations, brand management, or a related discipline.
- Experience supporting multiple international markets, preferably throughout Europe.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong eye for storytelling.
- Experience managing media relations, events, content creation, and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across departments, cultures, and external partners.
- Experience within luxury, interiors, design, architecture, fashion, lifestyle, or premium brands is highly preferred
- Passion for design, creativity, and delivering exceptional brand experiences.
