Initially offered as a 12-month fixed-term contract, this role is an opportunity to build and prove a new commercial capability within the business. We believe ABM has an important role to play in Spacemade's future, and we're looking for someone excited by the opportunity to establish the function, demonstrate its impact and help shape its long-term direction.
This is a newly created role focused on identifying, engaging and converting high-value occupiers through targeted, insight-led marketing. Working alongside our CRM Manager, Sales team and wider Marketing function, you'll build and scale Spacemade's account-based growth engine, helping us engage the right companies, the right stakeholders and the right opportunities.
The Opportunity
Most workspace providers wait for demand to arrive. We want to proactively identify the businesses most likely to thrive within our spaces, engage their buying committees and create meaningful commercial conversations before they enter the market.
As ABM Manager, you'll own the end-to-end execution of our account-based marketing programmes, working backwards from customer needs and commercial priorities to create highly targeted campaigns that accelerate pipeline and revenue growth.
This is not a broad demand generation role. We're looking for someone who has built and run genuine ABM programmes, understands complex buying journeys and enjoys operating at the intersection of Marketing, Sales and CRM. Success won't be measured by impressions or clicks. It will be measured by account engagement, pipeline generation and commercial impact.
What You'll Be Doing
About You
You're commercially minded, curious and comfortable operating at the intersection of Marketing, Sales and CRM.
You understand that high-value B2B purchases are rarely made by a single decision-maker. You've worked in environments where buying committees, long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders are the norm, and you know how to build marketing programmes that influence them. You may have gained that experience in SaaS, technology, professional services, commercial property or another complex B2B sales environment.
Most importantly, you've built and run genuine ABM programmes, not simply industry-targeted or segment-based campaigns. You understand how to identify strategic accounts, map buying committees, develop account-specific engagement plans and measure success at an account and pipeline level.
You'll be comfortable building something new, testing ideas, learning quickly and helping establish a capability that will become increasingly important to the business as it grows.

This role is initially offered as a 12-month fixed-term contract.
The position has been created as we launch our Managed Office proposition and build new growth capabilities within the business.
