We are hiring a Marketing Manager to bring Fabric UK’s story, thinking and ambitions to life. Social is where culture moves, and this newly created role will help us show up with ideas that resonate, build meaningful relationships and support our growth. You’ll turn marketing plans into standout content, experiences and opportunities, working alongside senior leaders and teams across Publicis Groupe.

It’s a hands-on role for someone who loves making things happen and wants the space to shape how an agency shows up in the world.

What you'll be doing:

  • Bring our UK marketing plan to life, translating priorities into clear actions, timelines, content and measurable outputs.
  • Own Fabric UK’s day-to-day social presence and content calendar, creating timely, relevant and beautifully written communications.
  • Develop thought leadership, case studies, credentials, newsletters, award entries and other content that showcases our expertise.
  • Coordinate events, client sessions, partnerships and internal showcases, managing everything from communications and suppliers to follow-up.
  • Keep our website, credentials and digital touchpoints accurate, current and reflective of our latest work and thinking.
  • Support awards, press opportunities and leadership visibility by gathering strong stories, managing deadlines and creating supporting materials.
  • Keep marketing operations moving, including schedules, reporting, budgets, purchase orders, invoices, approvals and collaboration across Publicis Groupe.

Skills we're looking for:

We're less concerned with ticking every box and more interested in finding someone who is motivated, adaptable and excited by the pace of agency life. Ideally, you'll bring:

  • Relevant experience in marketing, communications, business development, new business or a related area, gained in an agency or another comparable environment.
  • Strong writing skills, with the ability to turn information and ideas into clear, engaging content for different audiences.
  • Experience using LinkedIn, Instagram or other social platforms to build visibility, activate content and understand performance.
  • Excellent organisation and project coordination skills, with a thoughtful approach to balancing priorities, deadlines and stakeholders.
  • Confidence working collaboratively with senior stakeholders, taking briefs, gathering information and moving projects forward.
  • Commercial curiosity and an understanding of how marketing can strengthen reputation, relationships and business growth.
  • A collaborative, adaptable mindset, strong attention to detail and a willingness to ask questions, contribute ideas and improve the work.

Fabric is part of Publicis Groupe, where Viva La Différence reflects our belief that different perspectives make our work and our teams stronger. We want everyone to feel valued, respected and able to thrive, with inclusive benefits, wellbeing support and development opportunities available to our people.

If you need an adjustment or support during the application or onboarding process, please let us know.
