Marketing Executive
Salary: £25,000–£30,000
Location: Stockwell, Central London - Hybrid (London office: 1 day/week)
Purpose of Role:
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Executive plays a key role in delivering high-quality marketing activity that drives brand awareness, supports lead generation, and enables sales across LDN Apprenticeships’ programme portfolio.
This role is responsible for managing and optimising key marketing channels and assets within agreed plans and priorities, ensuring consistency, quality and effectiveness across all outputs. The Marketing Executive will lead on day-to-day marketing execution and take ownership of smaller campaigns end-to-end, while supporting larger strategic initiatives across product marketing, content and events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development, update and management of marketing assets and collateral, ensuring consistency, accuracy and alignment with brand and messaging.
- Own website content management, including updates, blog publishing and ongoing optimisation to support SEO and user experience.
- Deliver marketing campaigns end-to-end, from planning through to execution and performance tracking, within agreed priorities.
- Support the delivery of larger campaigns and go-to-market initiatives, contributing to campaign planning, execution and optimisation.
- Create and support a range of content marketing activities, including case studies, learner and employer stories, and multimedia content.
- Support product marketing and sales enablement activity, helping to develop messaging, materials and campaign assets.
- Conduct competitor and market research to inform marketing activity and positioning.
- Support event marketing activity, including webinars and virtual sessions.
- Manage shared inboxes, including LinkedIn enquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, particularly Sales, to ensure alignment and maximise impact.
For this role you must have the following:
- Strong design and content creation skills, including experience with Canva (essential) and Adobe Suite (desirable).
- Experience creating and editing visual content (images and video).
- Experience with CMS platforms and web analytics tools (e.g. Squarespace, GA4).
- Confident communicator with solid copywriting skills and strong attention to detail.
- Good understanding of SEO and website best practices.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Experience supporting or delivering marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Interest in developing broader marketing skills, particularly in campaign ownership and performance.
- Experience or interest in government-funded learning programmes, especially apprenticeships, or EdTech (advantageous).
- Level 6 qualification in Marketing or a related field (desirable).
