Marketing Executive (12 Month FTC)

At McCarthy & Stone, we are raising the bar in local marketing, and we're looking for a proactive, organised, and creative Marketing Executive to join us on a 12-month maternity cover contract. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting and delivering engaging, community-focused campaigns that drive awareness, generate leads, and support sales performance across our developments.

You may currently be working as a Marketing Assistant, Marketing Executive, Campaign Coordinator, or in a similar marketing role. What sets you apart is your ability to manage multiple priorities, build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and turn ideas into action. You'll be customer-focused, highly organised, and confident working across a variety of marketing activities, from local events and partnerships to campaign delivery and lead generation.

Your Impact

• Support the delivery of timely, effective, and budgeted local marketing plans.
• Build a calendar of activity using our local marketing playbook, including events, sponsorships, and advertising.
• Optimise digital marketing by keeping property listings fresh, creating local content for social channels, and briefing new assets like copy, photography, and video.
• Ensure direct marketing – from mail and door drops to (e)CRM – is accurate, timely, and impactful.
• Support the delivery of on-site marketing, including promotional signage, brochures, merchandise, and digital displays.
• Manage local paid advertising placements and contribute to earned PR opportunities, including press releases.
• Work closely with sales teams and stakeholders to align plans and report on performance.
• Uphold brand voice and style, ensuring all marketing activity is consistent, customer-first, and effective.
