At Hubexo, we provide data, insights and software that help the construction market make better decisions, win more work, build efficiently and sustainably.
We support customers across the sector through intelligent platforms, trusted market insight and specialist expertise.
We are building a business where people can make a real impact, grow in a specialist market and build a sustainable future with us.
As a Marketing Executive in our UKI Marketing team, you’ll help bring customer campaigns to life, from receiving the initial brief through to publication, reporting and completion.
Reporting to one of our Marketing Managers, you’ll work directly with customers and colleagues across Marketing, Commercial, Sales, Customer Success and Events.
You’ll gain hands-on experience across digital campaigns, content, customer marketing and performance reporting, while taking responsibility for delivering accurate, timely work.
What you need to know
Your work will help construction product manufacturers reach the audiences that matter to them and understand how their campaigns are performing.
You’ll turn customer briefs into activity across email, social media, web content, advertising and webinars. You’ll also help improve how campaigns are planned, delivered and measured, creating a better experience for customers and colleagues.
What you will be doing
What we are looking for
You may already be working as a Marketing Executive, Campaign Coordinator or Customer Marketing Coordinator and be ready to take greater ownership of campaign delivery.
You’ll bring:
Experience with Sitecore, HubSpot or Monday.com would be helpful, but you do not need to have used every platform. What matters is your ability to learn new systems and use them confidently.
Growth and ownership
You’ll take ownership of campaigns from initial brief through to completion, with support and direction from an experienced Marketing Manager.
The variety of the role will help you build a broad marketing skillset across content, digital channels, customer communication and campaign reporting.
As your experience grows, you’ll have opportunities to take on more complex campaigns, contribute ideas and help improve how the team works. This will provide a strong foundation for future development into broader or more specialist marketing roles.
Why Hubexo
You’ll work with trusted brands, specialist construction audiences and established customer relationships. Your work will directly support real customer campaigns and measurable outcomes.
You’ll gain exposure to several marketing channels while learning from experienced colleagues across Marketing and the wider business.
In return, we need someone who takes ownership, communicates clearly and cares about producing accurate work that creates value for customers. You’ll need to balance different priorities, work to deadlines and follow campaigns through to completion.
Location and working pattern
This is a permanent role based in Newcastle. We work on a hybrid basis, and you’ll normally spend three or four days each week in the office.
Hiring process
Our recruitment process is designed to be clear, relevant and respectful. The exact stages may vary by role and location. We’ll confirm the process early, including whether there will be a task, presentation, technical discussion or assessment.
Inclusion and adjustments
We want our recruitment process to be accessible and fair. If you need any adjustments or support during the process, please let us know.
Ready to build your future
If you’re looking for a marketing role where you can build your skills, take ownership of customer campaigns and see the results of your work, we’d like to hear from you.
