Marketing Coordinator (Europe)
Cooley (UK) LLP is looking for a Marketing Coordinator (Europe) to join the Marketing & Client Development team.
Position summary: This role is part of the Business Unit Marketing Team, which acts as the strategic consultant to, and primary bridge between, practice group leadership and the broader Marketing & Client Development organisation. This team translates commercial objectives and competitive insight into marketing and client development plans. They work across Marketing & Client Development to activate these plans, offering the appropriate level of strategic and tactical support tailored to the needs of each business unit. Specific duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Position responsibilities:

Team Administrative Support: Provide daily administrative support to the BU marketing team, including managing calendars, agendas, and internal project trackers.

Pitch & Proposal Assembly Assistance: Assist in the physical and digital assembly, proofreading, and final production of pitch decks and client-facing kits.

RSVP & Inbox Management: Monitor BU-specific event inboxes and manage real-time RSVP tracking for practice-led initiatives.

Financial Administration: Facilitate the processing and coding of BU-specific invoices, ensuring accurate tracking against the practice marketing budget.

Digital Asset Organization: Maintain the organisation of the BU’s digital filing systems and shared drives, ensuring assets are easily accessible.

Inventory Coordination: Monitor the inventory of practice-specific branded collateral and items, ensuring supplies are replenished for partner use.

Meeting Logistics: Coordinate the scheduling and logistics for client development training sessions and lateral orientation meetings.

Administrative Data Tasks: Support the team with basic data entry tasks, such as business card entry and foundational contact tagging in the CRM.

BU Event Support: Facilitate logistical support for practice-led events, including managing RSVP data and on-site material requirements.

Skills and experience:
Required:
- After orientation at Cooley (UK) LLP, exhibit proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, iManage and other firm applications.
- Available to work overtime, as required.
- 2+ years of applicable experience in the field (e.g., marketing or business development).
- Prior professional services industry experience and/or B2B marketing experience.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
