Role overview:

As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant at Arlanis Reply, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions for our clients. You will work closely with our client stakeholders to understand their business needs and deliver tailored solutions that will take their digital marketing performance to the next level.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and participate in Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations across the whole implementation cycle
• Collaborate with our clients to understand their requirements and transmit them into high level and low level design specifications
• Configure and customise Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions that meet our clients' needs
• Develop marketing campaigns, customer journeys, and data integrations
• Provide technical expertise and support to our clients as a trusted advisor
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for our clients
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce Marketing Cloud features and best practices

About the candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• 2-3+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• You've got experience with AMPScript, SSJS and SQL coupled with General HTML and CSS skills
• Experience working with Marketing Cloud Connector and a multi-cloud architecture. Additional experience with the SFMC APIs would be preferable
• Knowledge of, and practical experience with, other Salesforce products, such as Marketing Cloud Personalization or Data Cloud would be an asset
• Understanding of digital marketing principles and practices
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification
