The role:

As the Marketing Assistant, you will support the UK & Ireland Marketing team by providing administrative assistance, contributing to marketing initiatives and activations, supporting Molton Brown stores and outlets, and leading competitor reporting across the wider business.

What you will do:

Campaign Activation

  • Work alongside team to define and deliver best-in-class in-store eventing and campaign activations
  • Manage communication with stores for all marketing activations (campaign implementation packs, marketing request form, marketing mailbox)
  • Work with Creative, VM and Digital teams to provide POS and coms materials for stores and outlets
  • Brief shopping centre & outlet creative assets, manage on-going communications with centre teams alongside asset send outs in support of trade and footfall objectives
  • Provide ad hoc support for stores and outlets

Admin

  • Support the team with administrative tasks such as PO raising, product orders and courier bookings
  • Supporting with internal campaign reporting, competitor analysis and marketing research

Competitor reporting

  • Responsible for the creation and update of the monthly competitor report, working cross functionally with internal teams
  • Responsible for quarterly stores and competitors visit planning

What you will need:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent, preferably in marketing.
  • Prior work experience in retail, marketing or administration is a plus but not necessary
  • A passion for the premium beauty/fragrance industry, keenly following the latest trends
  • Highly organised and able to multi-task
  • High levels of accuracy and a keen eye for detail
  • Enthusiastic and hands-on
  • A team player who can collaborate effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure within a fast-paced environment
