About the Role
We’re looking for a strategic and commercially driven Lead, Growth & Demand Generation (B2B) to drive full-funnel marketing performance across a global portfolio of brands.
In this role, you’ll own the development and execution of scalable demand generation strategies that directly contribute to qualified pipeline and revenue. Acting as a key leader within a global marketing function, you will partner closely with brand, regional marketing, and sales teams to deliver measurable growth outcomes across multiple markets.
You’ll lead end-to-end digital demand generation initiatives—spanning paid media, automation, SEO, CRO, and website optimisation - ensuring consistent global strategy while enabling local market agility. With a strong focus on performance, you’ll optimise campaigns, enhance conversion journeys, and drive ROI through data-led decision making and advanced attribution models.
As a leader, you will coach and develop a high-performing team of growth and demand specialists across regions (including ANZ, Asia, Europe and MEA), embedding best practice, accountability, and continuous optimisation across all channels.
This is a highly visible role where you’ll act as a centre of excellence for growth and demand generation - bringing together strategy, execution, and innovation to build a unified, high-impact demand engine.
