Gender disparities in health awareness and access to routine check-ups and treatment can result in excess preventable deaths and illness. Globally, nearly twice as many male deaths are considered preventable compared to females, contributing to the concerning statistic that men live, on average, five years less than women. At Androlabs, our mission is to close the male life expectancy gap by tackling these issues head-on.

We partner with healthcare professionals who treat patients daily and lead initiatives to raise awareness of men's health, improve education, and remove barriers to care. We have already launched the first-ever men's health pub, developed a leading patient education platform, built a HCP zone with CPD-accredited learning, convened scientific advisory committee meetings with 17 of Europe's top KOLs, and facilitated publications that have evolved the field of men's health treatment.

The Role

We are looking for a Junior Brand Manager to join our growing team. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will play a central role in delivering content and campaigns across our global and local markets.

This is a hands-on execution role. You will take briefs through to delivery, manage our digital channels, and keep our content programme running to a high standard. You will work closely with colleagues in Medical, Regulatory, and Sales, and will be supported by the Head of Marketing on strategy and prioritisation.

What You Will Be Doing

Content Development β€” Global & Local

  • Develop and deliver content assets and campaigns from brief to completion across global and local markets
  • Coordinate input from Medical, Regulatory, and Sales to support the content planning process
  • Ensure materials meet quality and compliance standards in line with the ABPI Code of Practice

Digital Channel Management

  • Day-to-day management of Androlabs' digital channels, including the corporate website, HubSpot CRM marketing programme, and the TRTed platform
  • Monitor analytics and produce regular performance reports, flagging insights and areas for improvement
  • Support improvements to user journeys, content architecture, and campaign flows as directed

Campaign Execution & Performance Reporting

  • Execute campaign plans with clear objectives, timelines, and KPIs s
  • Track and report on campaign performance, translating data into clear summaries and recommendations
  • Contribute to how the Marketing team measures and communicates impact

What You Bring

Required:

  • Marketing or brand management experience within pharma or life sciences β€” this is non-negotiable
  • Working knowledge of the ABPI Code of Practice
  • Hands-on experience managing digital channels (website, analytics, CRM)
  • Experience executing campaigns and reporting on performance
  • Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and manage content workflows
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience

Desirable:

  • HubSpot proficiency
  • Experience in a scale-up or fast-growth environment
  • Comfort with async working and written communication as a primary mode of collaboration
  • Background in men's health, urology, or endocrinology
